“Noelle, what have you done,” Ezra whisper yell at me, why is he yelling, I have told him what I’m here to do.
“I killed him, I had every right to, and I used my wolf form,” I assure him, I didn’t use a gun this time, they can’t accuse me of doing anything that I shouldn’t have done.
“You want to be the alpha?” he says, and I just nod, apparently, I do.
“You should’ve told Brooklyn first,” he says.
“Now, you’re telling me?” I ask him with a raised brow, he drove me here, he knew what I was coming to do, why is he acting so shocked right now?
“I don’t know, I thought you were just coming here to stop him, I didn’t expect you to actually do it,” he says.
“I did it, too late, let’s go call Brooklyn,” I say with a shrug, and walked inside the house, it reeks again, we have cleaned it before, but since Blake has taken over it smells like shit again.
“Someone help Rosalie, get her a doctor, and if we don’t have a doctor, drive her to the human hospital,” I yell the order to the wolves who were still looking at the dead body of Blake.
“You’re yelling orders already,” Mateo says looking at me scared, of me, of my reaction, of how I’m dealing with them.

Inside the house, I looked for a clean empty room, we took a seat and got my phone out, Brooklyn has called me a million time, as she did to Ezra and Mateo, so I called her back.
“Hello,” I say with a little smile on my face.
“Where are you? Why the hell did you leave without telling me?” Brooklyn says in a firm voice, she couldn’t reach us for almost twelve hours, she must think that we have died already.
“So there was an emergency,” I say.
“And you didn’t tell me or take my permission,” she says.
“It’s more of a personal problem,” I say.
“There’s no personal, we’re a team here and I’m your boss, you answer to me first,” Brooklyn yells at me, she’s really mad, just wait till I tell her what I did.
“Brooklyn, you have been a great boss, I owe you my life, but Rosalie, the girl from the pack, she sent me a million message, she said SOS, Blake was about to kill her, I had to come and save them, I’m sorry, I couldn’t wait to take your permission, you taught me to react quickly, to get the people out of danger and think later,” I say.
“I know, I did, so what happened?” she asks me with a sigh, the mention of this pack, if got everyone to stop and feel sorry, feel pitty for them.
“I might have killed the fake alpha,” I say with a shrug.

“We’re sony, we should have stopped her, but we didn’t know what was going to happen and when we got here, we couldn’t act as peacekeepers, we are here as civilians, and she’s the only one who got a right in this pack,” Ezra says.
“So you let her become an alpha?” she asks him.
“Captain, I’ve known you for years now, we both know you can make this work, she’ll be the alpha and still be one of us, her pack can become a safe pack for us, we’ll make it work for you,” Ezra promises her.
“She only been with us for two years, that isn’t enough for her to be going out on her own,” Brooklyn says.
“If you allow it Captain, I or Mateo could stay along, keep an eye on her, and until you want us back in the station, we’ll be keeping an eye on this pack along with their new alpha who is one of us, approved by you, and a new alley for the peacekeepers,” Ezra suggests, turning it all to work for Brooklyn.
“If I send a report, they’re going to expect to see your name Ezra, you’ll be staying, send Mateo back, and I’m going to send Kyle for help,” she
says.
“Kyle is a young…” Ezra was objecting, wanting to call Kyle a young wolf who only been with them for a little while.

We ended the call and Mateo had to leave, leaving me and Ezra to try and figure out what to do, and how to deal with the pack.
“So alpha, what’s your first order?” he asks me.
“Am I really the alpha or are you?” I ask him with a raised brow.
“You’re the alpha, I’m the chaperon,” he says with a shrug.
“Fine, first order, clean this place out, it stinks,” I say, scrunching my nose at how bad this place looks.
