The servants brought their rods down with even greater force, sending tears streaming down Jamar’s face as his agonized screams tore through the air.
After dozens of brutal strikes, Jamar could no longer even scream. He lay on the ground, barely alive, his clothes soaked through with blood.
Seeing Jamar barely clinging to life, Katie finally felt her anger had subsided. With a wave of her hand, she ordered the servants, “That’s enough. Now, throw him out.”
Bystanders spotted Jamar battered and bleeding on the pavement and immediately called for an ambulance. Fortunately, the ambulance arrived just in time to rush him to the hospital. Otherwise, Jamar might have died either from excruciating pain or massive blood loss.
Skylar had stopped concerning Jamar’s affairs. After all, Jamar was once an artist under her agency. Skylar didn’t intend
to pursue the matter further. But a certain jealous someone wasn’t about to let Jamar off the hook that easily.
Jamar was utterly audacious. Not only did he dare to flirt with Skylar, but he even had the balls to confront her directly
and provoke her. That person couldn’t stand it for a second.
Hence, Larry instructed Hudson to look into Jamar’s background, uncovering that he had several sugar mommies and had
even starred in adult films.
Larry ordered Hudson to release the damaging information publicly, and people were utterly shocked when they saw
these revelations about him.
One netizen exclaimed: [I had no idea he was such a player. So many sugar mommies, and juggling two at the same time?
Damn…]
[After seeing all this filthy stuff, my eyes are burning. Am I gonna get an eye infection or what?]
[Seriously, what do these sugar mommies even see in him? Sure, he’s a bit handsome, but come on, he’s not exactly drop- dead gorgeous enough to drive people wild, is he?]
One netizen replied: [Well, the tastes of the rich are just something us regular folks will never understand, I guess.]
Jamar’s name was a disgrace in the entertainment industry. He’d become a total pariah. While recuperating in the hospital, Jamar had to endure the nurses gossiping about him every day, their voices always within earshot. Even the other patients in his ward often eyed him with withering scorn.
Jamar finally snapped. He shouted, “Shut your damn mouths! One more word and I’ll cut out all your tongues!”
Then, he looked at the patient beside him. “What the hell are you looking at? You want me to gouge your eyes out or
something?”
Jamar went completely berserk in his hospital room, raging at everyone around him. The nurses tried to stop him, but he lashed out violently, injuring all of them. The hospital staff couldn’t restrain him at all, forcing them to call the police.
When the police arrived, Jamar suddenly became docile, paying compensation where due, offering apologies where

owed. Jamar couldn’t stay in that hospital a moment longer, so he transferred to a different one to continue his recovery.
While recovering from his injuries, Jamar received a legal notice from his agency, accusing him of violating the artist’s code of conduct during his contract period and tarnishing the company’s reputation.
Not only were they terminating his contract, but they were also suing him for damages. Seeing this, Jamar snapped, “What a shitty company. Demanding compensation from me? What did I even do to ruin their reputation? They’re all out
of their minds!”
Jamar tore the documents into shreds, out of sight, out of mind. But this was just him clinging to false hope.
The court–ordered enforcement drained all his funds for compensation, leaving him unable to afford further
hospitalization. Broken and dejected, Jamar dragged himself home.
Later, after causing another disturbance, he was held in criminal detention at the police station for several days. That was the last Skylar heard of him.
Dominic sighed, “If only this kid had put his energy into proper work, he wouldn’t have ended up like this. But, he chose this path himself, now he’ll have to walk it–tears and all.”
“Let’s not dwell on that,” someone said, shifting the topic. “Ms. Lambert, I heard you’re acquiring novel rights for film adaptations. Any leads so far?”
