QUEEN AQUAMARINE’S POV
I woke up with a scream trapped in my throat.
But the sound never made it out.
Because I couldn’t breathe.
Vines clung to my wrists, my ankles, my waist- hoisting me off the ground and suspending me in the air like some creature strung up for sacrifice. My back arched against the pull of the bindings. Every muscle strained. I could feel the pressure in my ribs, the stretch in my spine.
I was in a different cloth.
The covering was too thin. It looked like one of the short, see–through dresses I wear at Alexander’s workshop.
My body tensed.
I didn’t put this on.
The memory hit next. The blade, the fall, Terran’s voice and his arms catching me.
“You should be grateful,” came the voice, smooth as a blade sliding across skin.
Terran.
He stepped into view. He was no longer smiling.
His hands glowed faintly with brown magic. His eyes had a tint of gold, but not like Alexander’s. Alexander’s gaze burned like suns. Terran’s was like a tiny splash.
There was something about the way he looked at me that made my skin crawl. Literally.
“Where’s my dress? Why am I held like this?” I asked, tugging on the vines.
“I let you rest,” he said, circling beneath me. “Fed you. Spoke to you gently.”
Should I be happy?
He smiled without joy. “You insulted me. You touched her blade. You tried to run. And worse, you almost destroyed the First Seed.”
I stared in confusion. First seed?
“The main seed that built this kingdom. A seed that I enhance to make it more prosperous,” he stopped beneath me, gazing up. The vines reacted, lowering me slightly until we were face to face.
He grabbed my chin. “You just don’t know when to give up, do you? Do you still think running back to Alexander is a better idea than staying here?”
I tried to turn my head, but the vines held it still. I shook my head, blinking back the sting in my eyes.
“Alexander’s true nature is more than what you think. Much more. And much worse. I know. Because I’ve seen his true form. I

trained Gaia to love him. To please him. To get his deepest secrets and weaknesses then, kill him.”
I went cold. “You… what?”
He stepped back, letting the shadows eat the lower half of his face.
“I used her,” he said softly. “Body, heart-.”
My stomach twisted, “You used your own sister?” I interrupted.

“Step–sister,” he corrected, eyes gleaming. “But yes. I did. Sweet, stupid Gaia. All that light, nature, innocence and power, trapped in one big beautiful body… I twisted her so well. Told her she’d be the best Queen kingdoms would ever see if she obeyed me.”
He leaned closer, voice low. “And she tried. Because she loved me. Not as a brother. Not even as a King. She wanted me. She gave herself to me. Over and over. Till I was able to fully release myself inside her and control her mind.”
Goosebumps spread across my body as my stomach churned.
He smirked. “You think Alexander corrupted her? You think she got involved in dark magic because of him? No, love. That was all me.” He raised his hands to the air and spun around slowly, “These powers? This aura? Those vines you feared? That wasn’t Gaia.”
Then it clicked.
Every time she tried to kill me, her voice would change and the vines would start acting up. It was his. The day she sealed me inside the tree and buried me. It was him.
No wonder he has been appearing in my dreams since the first day Gaia attacked. The thorn in his vines has triggered it.
“How could you?” I stammered. My mind was flooded with soo many questions. My stomach was still twisting in such a way that I was sure I would throw up on him if he touched me again.
“I should be the ruler of this Kingdom,” he hissed. “But my destiny was stolen the day that weak little flower bloomed from the soil!” He snapped. His chest was huffing and puffing as I jerked back in fear.
The vines around my body tightened as he raged. My body trembled and my heart raced. He looked like he could kill me in this instant. As if I was the one who turned him so this…. sick, disgusting person he is.
“Gaia gives life. I take them. I create monsters that go against the laws of nature and I’m not ashamed. I’m unique, just like you.” he said proudly, his chest rising in excitement. “But our elders and my father were too scared to embrace such power, so they crowned Gaia the Queen and still left me as a Prince,” he sneered.
I could feel the bitterness and anger in his voice. But we are not the same.
They still accepted him in his home rather than throwing him out. But he’s acting like this because of a crown?
“So I killed them. Every last coward who stood in my way,” he said with a little smile on his face as he nodded. “And I did exactly what they feared. I forced a bond with the First Seed just like you did with the Core Fang-”
Forced? “I didn’t force it. It accepted me!”
“Deny it all you like Luna,” he raised his hands in defeat. “Well, that bond brought kingdoms begging for my help right after I took their stocks away from them. They should know that nature comes with a cost, instead of enjoying it freely”
A gasp escaped my mouth.

Chapter 75
So that means. He has been the cause of the famine in kingdoms across his world? It was all his doing and not Gaia?
And….. he also did the same for Theriakon pack. That must have been the reason Alexander made an alliance with this kingdom years ago.
Not knowing that they….. Terran planned this.
“Gaia is dead. The First Seed sustaining this kingdom is fading,” Terran muttered. “And I still don’t have his secret.”
His fingers trailed across my collarbone slowly, as goosebumps spread across my skin.
I flinched.
“But now,” he whispered, his lips brushing my jaw, “I have something better. The moment you touched the Core Fang… I felt it. The power shifted. You’re above Alexander now. You’re mine.”
The vines tightened.
“You belong to this kingdom now. You shall become the new First Seed,” his hand cupped my cheek. “I can make you a goddess. Stronger than Gaia. Stronger than the Moon Goddess your wolves cry too.”
One of the vines immediately slithered between my thighs. Another brushed beneath my ribs, like it could feel my racing heart.
“Stop,” I breathed. “Terran, please don’t-”
My words were muffled by his lips on my. His tongue went into my mouth as he claimed me. A shiver ran down my spine and my stomach twisted to a knot.
I bit his lip.
He pulled back, bleeding green again.
He stared at the blood on his finger. Then smiled wider than ever as he watched me with hunger in his fox eyes.
I jerked my face away, but the vines held me in place. I couldn’t move. Couldn’t breathe.
His hand slid down to my hip, gripping tightly, pulling me lower until I felt his breath on my chest.
His head dipped.
I gasped when I felt his face pressed between my breasts. Inhaling my scent feverishly.
“Get off me!” I twisted hard as an unusual sense of heat overcame me.
“Why? You’re already used,” he muttered. “He’s had you. Plenty of times that I can see it in your scent.”
His hands groped my butt. His warm wet tongue dragged up my skin, slow and possessive, stopping after he flicked my nipple through the thin cloth.
My vision snapped,
I turned my head and sank my teeth inside his flash soo hard that I could taste his filthy green blood. I immediately spat it out. I didn’t want to create any sort of marking with him.

He shouted and backhanded me across the face. Pain exploded in my jaw. My head snapped to the side and I could taste my blood in my mouth.
“Foolish girl.”
The vines shifted again. My legs were forced open, my body stretched and exposed midair. I sobbed through my teeth, hating him, hating myself, hating how helpless I felt.
As I struggled, I felt thorns slowly piercing my skin but I didn’t stop.
Terran suddenly towered over me again and I felt his pants fall to the ground. His hard cock pressed on my upper abdomen. His hard cock pressed between my thighs. Hot. Real. Heavy.
“No–please-“I choked, the tears coming fast now.
Not again. Not like Clinton. I remember the way I begged inside, waiting, praying for it to end. But it didn’t. Not until Alexander
came.
He tore Clinton apart like a beast.
But this time… this time… He wasn’t here.
I screamed, not with my voice, but with every part of my soul.
“You’ll give me everything,” Terran hissed. “Even if I have to take it.”
His hand slipped higher till it reached my privates.
I sobbed harder.
Please. Please, someone….
Then the earth shook.
Light.
A blinding bolt of golden light shattered through the glass windows, splitting the world into blinding light and thunder.
Something invisible slammed into him, ripping him away from me like a puppet with cut strings, crashing into the far wall. The vines released me all at once and I fell.
Straight into arms, I knew.
Warm. Strong. Furious.
His scent hit.
My eyes blurred, heart splitting open.
His grip tightened as his eyes roamed my body. His chest rose and fell like a beast barely caged.
His golden eyes burned as he slowly turned to where Terran crashed.
And he roared.
